Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The
Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building
strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated professional
with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in delivering impactful demos to CFOs,
Finance Heads, and individuals at CXO levels.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Actively manage the end-to-end sale process, from scheduling appointments to showcasing various
product offerings and solutions to high-level executives, including CFOs, Finance Heads, and CXOs.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads and opportunities for the company’s products.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our
offerings.
• Negotiate terms, prices, and agreements with clients to close deals that are mutually beneficial.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing efforts.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to adapt sales strategies
accordingly.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
• Provide regular sales reports and updates to the sales manager and leadership team.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of effectively conveying the value of
our software solutions to CFOs, Finance Heads, and CXOs.
• Strong ability to ask qualifying questions, understanding the needs and pain points of prospects at
the executive level to provide tailored solutions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-motivated with a proactive attitude towards sales.
Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 1.5 -2 years of experience in sales.
• Experience in B2B Software sales is a plus.
• Proven track record in achieving Rs 15 sales targets.
• Experience in a start-up or growing organization is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
