General Purpose

We are looking for a tech savvy Customer Success Executive that strive to see their customers succeed. Our software’s are used by large corporates and their auditors for automating balance confirmation and reconciliation.

Job Description

  • Increase product adoption.
  • Responsible for customer onboarding and training processes.
  • Handle and resolve customer requests and queries.
  • Hold product demonstrations for customers.
  • Responsible for maximizing value of the customers.

Qualifications & further requirements

  • Degree preferred – Accounting / Commerce
  • Experience: 0 – 1 year
  • Self-starter who can own ongoing customer success of both large and small clients.
  • Strong written and verbal presentation/communication skills.
  • Patient and active listener.

Working condition

  • Work days – Monday to Friday and Alternate Saturdays
  • Work from Home for initial month.
  • Startup environment.
