We are looking for a skilled Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Executive to oversee the relationship’s of the company with its clients. You will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining long term key customers by comprehending their requirements.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
• Acquire a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements.
• Continuously expanding the relationships with existing customers.
• Working in a structured and methodical manner with a focus on timely delivery and ownership of responsibilities.
• Serve as the link of communication between customers and internal teams.
• Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with concern to maintain trust.
• Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
• Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
• BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
Knowledge and Experience
• Proven experience as customer relationship management for1 – 2 year.
• Possess strong analytical skills to understand and summarize the customer behavior.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
• Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
• Should have good communication, listening, analytical, and reporting skills.
• Product understanding
